Most people are always following some form of weight loss program but the funny thing is that they significantly still remain over weight. The reason is that after even a lot of strenuous exercise workouts there are women who instead of losing weight just get stuck up where they are or at sometime increase weight instead of shedding fat and this is all due to hormonal balance.
