Workout Log 1/4/09

This is my first workout since the holidays. I have been really bad. Keeping track of everything is supposed to help me get better.

Here is the log from my visit to the gym today:

Exercises:

Incline Bench Press
Tricep Extensions
Preacher Curls
Tricep Extensions II
Shoulder Flys
ISO Lat Pulldown

Total workout time: 30 minutes

Notes: I could use some cardio next time too. I can tell that I’m going to be sore.
